See Benjamin Moore Colors on Your House
One photo, any Benjamin Moore color — White Dove, Hale Navy, Kendall Charcoal, or an obscure code off a fan deck. Your siding gets the new color; the brick, roof, windows, and landscaping stay put. The full BM deck lives here next to every other major brand, so one photo settles a cross-brand shortlist.

Popular Benjamin Moore Exterior Colors
These are the Benjamin Moore colors people actually put on houses, with their official codes. Every photo below is a real render from this tool on the same house — tap through the deck, then try your favorites on a photo of your house. Exterior light roughly doubles how bright a color feels compared to a chip indoors, which is why the preview beats staring at a fan deck.

BM exterior classics, on a real house

Why Preview BM Colors Here
Benjamin Moore's own tool, Personal Color Viewer, shows Benjamin Moore colors only. Reasonable for a brand site. Limiting for a real decision — because most exterior shortlists are not single-brand. The finalists end up being a BM white against a Sherwin-Williams white, or Hale Navy against a Behr navy the painter suggested. Here they all live in one tool, so the comparison happens on one photo of your house under one set of shadows — not across three browser tabs with three sample scenes.
Flip the same photo through Sherwin-Williams exterior colors or Behr exterior colors without re-uploading anything. Two candidates look close on chips? Render both, put them side by side. The undertone difference that was invisible on a two-inch chip settles it in seconds. And it's free while in beta — sign in with Google and it runs in the browser on any phone or computer, no app to download.
From Preview to the BM Dealer
Every preview is tied to a real Benjamin Moore code, and the code is the whole handshake. Walk into any Benjamin Moore retailer, say "White Dove OC-17" or "Wrought Iron 2124-10", and they mix exactly that color in whichever exterior line fits your siding and budget. No special orders, no translation step — the codes you shortlist here are the codes on the shelf.
One habit worth keeping: renders eliminate, samples decide. Previews use the published values behind each code, but your screen, your camera, and your actual sun exposure all shift how a color reads — so narrow the deck to two or three finalists on your photo. Buy sample pints of just those. Brush big patches on a sunny wall and a shaded one, then look in the morning and again at dinner. The color that survives both checks — the render and the patch — is the one the house gets painted with. Doing the trim or the front door at the same time? Test those in the same session so the whole scheme gets judged together.
Buying Benjamin Moore Well
Benjamin Moore sells through independent paint dealers, not big-box aisles. That changes the errand. The person at the counter mixes paint all day, knows which primer your chalky old siding needs, and will tell you when the cheaper line is honestly enough. It's a big part of why so many painters default to BM: the store is staffed like a trade counter, not a warehouse.
Know where the exterior classics live in the deck. The Historic collection — the HC codes, like Hale Navy HC-154 — and the Off-White collection — the OC codes, like White Dove OC-17 — hold most of the colors this page recommends. Ask for either collection's card at the dealer and you're browsing a pre-curated shortlist instead of 3,500 chips.
And on the tiers: Aura and Regal Select differ in resin and hide, not in color. White Dove is the same White Dove in either can. Aura buys thicker film, better fade resistance, and one-coat coverage on hard color changes; Regal covers most repaints fine. Pick the tier for the job, not the color.
